Step 1 - Create Your Own Quizzes

Using Quizzler Maker is the easiest way to create quizzes using a desktop computer. Just type in your questions and answers, and select the option to build the quiz (the same quiz file will work on all platforms). You can even preview and print quizzes from your desktop. This program is designed to be simple and easy to use, so some advanced Quizzler features are not available. The free demo lets you create quizzes with up to 10 questions.

Step 2 - Beam Quiz To Students with Handhelds

In a handheld environment, sync your quiz to your handheld, then "Beam" it to your students. For testing situations, build the quiz in "exam mode" for special features to prevent cheating (users cannot leave the quiz once it has begun), no score feedback until the quiz is completed, the ability to change answers before the quiz is complete, etc.

Step 3 - Students Beam Results Back

After students are done with their quiz, they get to see the score immediately. No more waiting and worrying for them. They enter their name and beam the quiz results back to the teacher. Use Quizzler Pro Server to receive scores over WiFi on a computer; use Quizzler Pro Instructor to receive scores over Infrared or Bluetooth on a handheld.

Step 4: Analyze Results Instantly

This is the most amazing part of the process for the teacher. Open a score collection to see all the individual scores and the average score. You can see a list of questions, and the percentage correct for each question, to quickly spot those topics that gave the students trouble. Even better, you can tap on one of those tough questions and find out the percentage for each individual answer. Then you can list the students who missed that question.

Now, instead of spending hours grading the tests, you can determine in seconds how the class did, what topics you need to review, and think about new, improved ways of teaching the material based on the test results. OK, would you rather go back to the paper and pencil method?!?
